Language Education
English language courses for adult and junior students run in a variety of dynamic locations.
With 30 years of experience delivering English language courses, we are now one of the top providers in the UK, Canada and the United States. We run year round schools and English language programmes for students of all ages.
Our outstanding schools and exciting social programmes ensure students develop their English whilst exploring different cultures and having fun. Students can choose from a variety of locations in the UK, Canada and the US and we also offer a range of comfortable accommodation options to suit their needs.
- IELTS
Oxford International offers students the opportunity to study for and sit their IELTS. Whether students need to take the exam for academic, immigration or professional requirements, we can help.
Our three schools in North America – San Diego, Toronto and Vancouver – offer full-time, part-time and evening courses for IELTS exam preparation. Alternatively, online preparation courses are available when students register for an exam at one of Oxford International’s IELTS test locations across North America.
The IELTS test centres are officially certified with the British Council in Canada and IELTS USA in America.

- North American Pathway Program
The Oxford International North American Pathway Program is a springboard for students to study at colleges and universities in Canada and the USA.
The programs prepare students for post-secondary study and are customised to the needs of each individual learner and their education goals.
Students can choose from over 45 partner colleges and universities in North America where they can select a direct study pathway to the institution. Many of the partner institutions recognise the Pathway Program levels, often eliminating the need for a student to have an entry exam such as IELTS, TOIEC and TOEFL.
- Oxford International English Schools
Oxford International English Schools offer English language courses for adults in six locations across the United Kingdom, USA and Canada.
Our schools provide students with fantastic and academically strong English language programmes in six amazing cities; Brighton, London Greenwich, Oxford, San Diego, Toronto and Vancouver. Each of the schools is open all year-round, offer modern facilities and are equipped with state-of-the-art learning facilities.
All courses are led by a team of experienced and qualified teachers, and students also benefit from a very active weekly social programme run by an enthusiastic team of activity leaders.
- Oxford International Juniors
Oxford International Juniors offers international students aged 8-17 years, English language courses at more than 27 residential and homestay centres across the UK, US and Canada.
Available each year, are the academically challenging Spring programmes, exciting Summer and Winter camp programmes or join us throughout the year with a group of fellow students.
All courses run by Oxford International Juniors are fully inclusive of: - 15 hours of English language tuition per week - Residential or homestay accommodation - An action packed activity schedule - Excursions to places of cultural interest - Welfare and 24/7 staff support - Airport transfers
- BEO Masters
A unique international competition for teams of bright and confident high school students, which offers a platform to develop the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills they will need in their future careers.
Teams are selected from all over the world to come to the UK for an intensive two weeks at Easter or in the summer.
Students will be required to design an innovative new business product or service, accompanied by a detailed business plan which they will present to a panel of guest entrepreneur judges at the end of the programme.
The Masters opens doors for students and helps them to develop the key skills and knowledge that will enhance their future employability prospects.
- British English Olympics
A high profile and prestigious academic competition, which takes place over two weeks in Easter at some of the most famous British boarding schools in the UK.
Participating teams of 12-16 year olds, from carefully selected international schools, travel to the UK to compete in a series of academic challenges, alongside having the opportunity to learn about British culture and history as they explore some of the sights.
Benefits include exploring important contemporary global issues, developing teamwork and leadership skills and significantly improving their communication and language skills.
Through the ‘boarding school’ experience and a full excursion programme to London and other historic places of interest, students will be immersed in British culture and history.
- Oxford International Teacher Training
Oxford International Teacher Training runs internationally recognised, certificated and practical courses to develop the English language teachers of the future. The initial teacher training course, the Trinity CertTESOL, is all you need to get your new career started, and see the world.
More experienced EFL teachers, can build on their skills and prepare for jobs in academic management with Oxford International Teacher Training by working towards the Trinity Diploma in TESOL.
