About NSIA
NSIA酒店餐飲管理學院在紐西蘭享有酒店管理及餐飲培訓盛譽,為來自紐西蘭本地及全世界各地的國際學生提供專業技能培訓。
NSIA offers NZQA approved and accredited programs spanning Cookery, Baking and Hospitality Management. Located in Auckland City, NSIA draws on knowledge and experiences from a diverse range of industry associations, and innovative teaching approach.
NSIA provides a multi-resource environment to facilitate students’ learning and provides state-of-the-art facilities to enhance the success of our students. We aim to achieve global excellence in the sustained preparation of students for the futures they aspire to achieve.
NSIA also provides English language instruction for student on a pathway to this program.
Facilities
NSIA擁有強大的軟硬體設施和師資,各種教學設施一應俱全: 多功能教室、商業廚房、酒吧、葡萄酒培訓中心以及學生實習餐廳等。
To support student learning NSIA provides all relevant educational facilities and required resources. These include commercial training kitchens, production kitchen, cocktail and wine training centre, coffee training center, an on-site training restaurant, commercial bar and restaurant, library, computer labs and multi-functional classrooms.
在學術專業的優勢,酒店管理和專業廚師課程是移民項目中的需求課程。針對想要通過快速途徑辦理技術移民的人,學費適中,由於NSIA校區裡有營業的中型餐廳並且與本地幾家大型酒店都有合作關係,所以學生在上學的同時還可以帶薪實習(每週平均20小時),通過1-2年的學習和相關的工作經驗即可以得到與大學畢業生相同的移民分數,畢業後如雇主對雇員滿意,將轉為正式全職員工,使本校學生有機會進入世界級大型酒店工作。
在實習期間,學生不但可以獲得穩定的收入,工作經驗的積累,又能成功地在獲得工作後申請移民留在紐西蘭,讓國際學生可以短期內完成自己的目標。
Programs in NSIA
New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) 烹飪證照(4級)
The New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) will give students the practical experience and skills they need to either study at a higher level, or work in a range of culinary environments.
New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Level 5) 烹飪證照(5級)
This program expands on the Level 4 Certificate and will provide students with an increased capability in advanced culinary techniques. It is ideal if you have some experience in cookery and are looking to graduate and enter the industry in more advanced roles.
Diploma in Culinary Arts (Level 5) 烹飪藝術文憑(5級)
This program will provide students with advanced culinary skills and management skills with knowledge to an applied level in a range of advanced culinary disciplines, including cold larder and hot kitchen work, food and beverage management, human resource management, team leadership, menu and kitchen design.
New Zealand Certificate in Baking (Generalist) (Level 4) 烘培證書(4級)
In this course students will learn both the practical knowledge and theory behind working in a commercial bakery including practical skills such as creating speciality breads and doughs, as well as a variety of sweets.
Students will also learn about bakery science and quality management, safe food practices and workplace safety, workplace interactions and standard operating procedures in a bakery.
New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Patisserie Strand) (Level 5) 進階烹飪文憑(5級)
This program expands on the Level 4 Certificate and will provide student with increased capability in advanced patisserie techniques. It is also ideal for those with some experience in baking, who have gained the basic skills to go straight to diploma level.
Diploma in Baking and Patisserie(Level 5) 烘培與糕點文憑(5級)
This brand new programme is an exciting opportunity based at an award-winning training provider that will provide students with the chance to learn practical skills alongside some of the best bakers in state-of-the-art premises.
New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Restaurant Services and Barista Strand) (Level 3) 餐飲服務證照(3級)
This practical course is the perfect introduction to kick-start your hospitality career. Students will master the fine art of coffee and cocktail making, learn about restaurant service and food safety and pick up a host of other practical hospitality skills.
New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4) 餐飲服務證照(4級)
NZMA is now offering their Hospitality courses at NSIA. Liquor legislation, wine evaluation, food and beverage matching and advanced food safety. It’s all covered in NZMA’s Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service.
New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management酒店管理文憑(5級)
Diploma in International Hospitality Management國際酒店管理文憑(5級)
These programs aim to produce graduates ready to step into roles in a junior/entry-level management or supervisory level within the hospitality industry. Students will get the opportunity to be in charge of NSIA’s Training Restaurant ‘Orange’ on a regular basis during your practical modules. This will provide students with cash handling, function, restaurant service, and barista skills.

Elementary ESOL Training Scheme
The Elementary ESOL Training Scheme is for people wishing to build on basic literacy skills in English and improve fluency and comprehension. It will allow students to converse with minimal autonomy in everyday, basic situations.
Pre-Intermediate ESOL Training Scheme
The purpose of the Pre-Intermediate ESOL Training Scheme is to expand on previous basic knowledge to allow students to function with some independence in daily situations. Students will gain the ability to deal with certain unforeseen scenarios in
conversation.
Intermediate ESOL Training Scheme
The purpose of the Intermediate ESOL Training Scheme is to provide individuals with the language skills to be able to deal with most situations with some degree of spontaneity and fluency.
Exam Preparation ESOL Training Scheme
The purpose of the Exam Preparation ESOL Training Scheme is to provide individuals wishing to gain entry into tertiary education the skills needed to pass an IELTS test or other similar English proficiency test.
